standard print orders

unless specified otherwise:

borders: all prints come with borders. border size depends on the paper size.
print sizes: print sizes are approximate. papers will be cut to fit different ratios, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing overall print. sizes will be as close as possible to the specified dimensions.
special requests: for any special requests or sizing needs, please contact me to discuss the possibilities.
printing: all prints are printed, numbered, and signed by myself.
editions: all prints are open editions.
color variations: colors may vary slightly from the digital image due to different monitor calibrations or paper types. paper will be chosen based on what best suits the individual image.
quality inspection: i inspect every image and only send it if i am satisfied with the result. if there is any issue with the print, please send me a picture of the problem immediately.
packaging: i will do my best to pack the print safely to prevent any damage during shipping.
shipping damage: i am not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process. please check the package/print upon delivery and take photos if necessary to inform the delivery company.

worldwide shipping: worldwide shipping is included unless otherwise mentioned.
order processing: packages will only be sent after full payment is received. i may need a few days to print, finish, and pack an order.
shipping time: shipping times vary depending on the destination country. i will do my best to process and send orders as quickly as possible. if there is any delay or issue, i will notify you.
order cancellation: i reserve the right to cancel any order (you will be notified and refunded if this happens). this may occur due to shipping bans to certain countries or other unpredictable issues.
